13th April 2023, Crawley, UK - AerFin has announced that Jo Rival will join the company in April to serve as Chief People Officer (CPO).
As CPO, Jo will be responsible for developing and implementing AerFin’s People Strategy, ensuring that people, culture and organisational plans are aligned to the Company’s core values and commercial ambitions. Jo brings a wealth of human resources experience and capabilities after more than 20 years working in various corporate and consulting roles.
These include advising and supporting organisations through transformational growth developing effective people strategies in a variety of sectors, including: aviation, FMCG, energy and insurance. Welcoming Jo to the business, Simon Goodson, AerFin CEO, said: “We are delighted to welcome someone of Jo’s calibre to the AerFin team as we look to grow the business with a sense of urgency.”
